HS Level 1 is where every Hitting Science athlete begins. Over twelve weeks, your player stops guessing at the plate and starts training against numbers, with a plan built specifically for him and a coach tracking every step.
Who this is for
Players ages 10 to 18 who are serious about hitting: the athlete who wants to make the team, earn a starting spot, or take a real step forward before the season. No prior experience with data training is needed. We build the baseline on day one.
What is included
- 12 in-person hitting sessions, one per week, 90 minutes each, working mechanics, timing, and bat path with Coach Amaury
- A custom training program built from your athlete’s own testing, not a template
- Weekly metrics and analysis: hitting power, exit velocity, and launch angle, tracked session to session so progress is visible
- 2 online coaching meetings to review drills, answer questions, and adjust the plan with the parent and athlete
- Unlimited direct messaging with your coach between sessions
- Progress report for parents, so you see the same numbers the coach sees
How the program works
First phase: Baseline. We measure where your athlete actually is. Swing mechanics on video, contact consistency, and starting metrics. That baseline defines everything that follows.
Second phase: Build. Weekly sessions focus on the small number of changes that matter most, while the training plan handles the days in between.
Third phase: Prove it. We re-test against the baseline and show you the change in writing, then set the plan for what comes next.
Our Measured Progress Promise
We do not sell hope. We measure.
Complete all twelve sessions and the work assigned between them, and your athlete will show measurable improvement in contact and swing mechanics, verified against the baseline we recorded on day one.
If the numbers do not move, we keep training at no additional cost until they do.
That is the whole reason we test first. Without a baseline, improvement is an opinion. With one, it is a fact you can see.
Investment
$1,140 for the full twelve week program. A two payment option is available. Ask your coach when you enroll.
After Level 1
