In our program, we have a professional team dedicated to handling all baseball practices and drills. However, for games, we allow parents to lead the team as coaches and help develop game strategies and gain experience. We always maintain guidelines for a better team experience and results.

Conditioning / Fielding / Baserunning

Areas of focus and training format:

1. Conditioning and strength building warm-up period

2. Infielder core fundamentals training

3. Outfielder core fundamentals training

4. Pitchers and catchers core fundamentals training

 
Infield/outfield formation including PFPs, 1st & 3rd defense, pick-off plays & rundowns, flyball communication

Baserunning fundamentals

 
Hitting Science Program:
 

2 online meetings with workouts

Video analysis on the first, halfway, and last day of the season
Metrics analysis and weekly results
 
Hitting power, exit velocity, hitting launch angle
 
Biomechanics individual study
 
Our Plan for 2023 is to Compete in a International Baseball Tournament in the Caribbean.
 
This plan is to play versus Latin Americans Teams  . We have a Relationship with Several Baseball Academy’s is the Caribbean: 
  • Dominican Republic
  • Puerto Rico
  • Panama
  • Aruba
The Challenge is to put together a few Teams for Spring Brake. We want to combine Baseball with a nice family gateway.
