In season, the goal changes

During the season we manage load so your athlete stays fresh and healthy for games. In the off-season we build strength, velocity and swing changes. Same system, different priorities — decided by data, not by the calendar alone.

2 coached sessions per week

Small groups of four. Hitting work, supervised arm care, and strength — adjusted every week according to game schedule and arm readiness.

3 programmed days

Strength, mobility, recovery and skill work delivered through the app, with compliance tracked so nothing gets skipped.

Chasing velocity the wrong way is how arms get hurt

We never trade arm health for a radar reading. Every high-intensity day is approved by what the arm data says that week — that’s the difference between an athlete who peaks in July and one who’s still healthy in October.
