Foundations Academy (Ages 8–12) — Founding Member

Founding rate: $159/month (regular rate $179). Founding members keep their rate for as long as the membership stays active.

Every month includes:

• 4 coached group sessions — max 6 athletes, grouped by age and level
• 8 guided home missions in the training app
• Junior arm care program
• Quarterly Skills Combine with medals and personal records
• Monthly report card + a parent tip
• Initial skills evaluation included

Program terms: 12-week initial commitment · automatic monthly renewal · spot reserved in a fixed group and schedule · 1 make-up session per month · cancel after the initial cycle with 30 days notice · parent waiver required · video used for coaching analysis only, never published without written permission.
