Soccer Surprise: Unexpected Gift for Young Athletes
We received a call from a local leader telling us about a soccer team that was looking for uniforms. I remember talking to my dad and asking him to send some jerseys. What started as a plan for a baseball team became an unexpected blessing for young soccer players.
A Life-Changing Gift for Zea Soccer Team
This is the beautiful story of a small soccer club located in the small town called Zea in the State of Mérida, Venezuela.
It was a busy day for the soccer team. They were finishing up practice when they got the news: A shipment of new uniforms had arrived!
The Zea soccer team received a surprise recently. They had been practicing in their old uniforms when they found out that new equipment was on its way. Similar to our baseball clinic in Zea, we’re committed to supporting all sports in rural communities.
The coach said that this may be a small donation for Hitting Science, but it’s really bigger and life-changing because this group of kids did not have uniforms for a new upcoming tournament and now they have everything they need.
