Last October we began the journey of the first 12 weeks of training with the mission of helping our player to fix certain defects that he presented when executing his swing.
During the last 12 weeks ( 1 Live Session and 3 Online Sessions per week ) we have worked the lower part of the body, which is the fundamental base on which the first level of our program works. Although it consists of repetition and strength exercises, we made that the batter achieves stability of his back leg which presented a lot of instability. We see that the player has about an 75% improvement since we started the training.
